Soorma has been Directed by Shaad Ali, who previously helmed many Hit films like Bunty Aur Babli, Saathiya and others. Soorma is produced by Chitrangda Singh & Deepak Singh under the banner of Sony Pictures Networks Productions.
Soorma features Diljit Dosanjh, Taapsee Pannu and Angad Bedi in key roles. Soorma is Based on hockey legend Sandeep Singh and Diljit Dosanjh plays Sandeep Singh in this film. This is the first time Taapsee Pannu will be sharing screen space with Diljit Dosanjh, and Angad Bedi.
Apart from this Diljit Dosanjh was last seen in fantasy comedy Phillauri opposite Anushka Sharma while Taapsee Pannu’s last film was Judwaa 2 with varun dhawan, however both the movies done well at the box office. It will be interesting to see a fresh pair on screen, we hope their chemistry is amazing!
