The central plot revolves around a young man, portrayed by Prabhas, who is the heir to a dilapidated ancestral property. To overcome his financial difficulties, he decides to claim the property and make a fortune out of it. However, he soon discovers that the ancestral home is a haunted mansion with a sinister history and is inhabited by a ghost.
