Why Won't Radhika Apte Do 'Item Numbers'?

Actress Radhika Apte, who has candidly admitted to having no issues with bold scenes in films, however doesn't feel the same when it comes to doing item numbers, it seems.

At a recent event, when asked about whether she would be ready for item songs, Radhika said that she would not do a song, which objectifies women and requires her to only wear skimpy clothes and dance. Well, this surely comes as a surprise to us, considering the fact that Radhika had done a steamy dance number in Lai Bhaari, in which she had been paired opposite Riteish Deshmukh.

Radhika was last seen in Hunterrr, which also starred Gulshan Devaiah and Sai Tamhankar.
