Fan is second highest grossing bollywood movie of 2016 after Airlift.
Fan would be first SRK movie not to cross 100 Crs in India in last 6 years his last movie which did not hit 100 Cr was 2010's My Name is Khan.
First Week Collection of fan are 3rd Highest of 2016 behind Airlift and Jungle Book after the opening weekend which was highest of 2016
Airlift had collected 80.95 Cr and Jungle book had collected 73.26 Cr in their first week and Fan is now lower than that.
Fan is the highest first weekend of 2016 in India beating Airlift which had collected 42.83 Crores as per trade figure in india
Fan's Sunday collections were the Highest Sunday collections of 2016 ahead of Airlift which had collected 17.25 Crores on Sunday
Monday onwards is very important for Fan as that will tell whether Fan will fall or sustain.
Fan is 4th Highest Opening day for a Shahrukh Khan Movie after Happy New Year, Chennai Express, Dilwale.
Fan is 17th on All Time Highest opening day for a bollywood movie.
Fan was also hit by Jungle Book which even on second friday collected a strong 8 Crore
Fan has an opening day which is lower than Dilwale by a big margin despite Dilwale facing clash and having lower screen count.
Fan is excellent in multiplexes of North India and was ahead of Dilwale in North and was at similar levels in Maharashtra Circuit where it was very good in Mumbai and Pune but was average in more massy circuit of Gujarat. Across East India which is dominated by single screens Fan was much behind Dilwale.
Fan is a solidly multiplex oriented movie and lack of romance and songs meant that it struggled in single screens and mass areas but still Shahrukh Khan's presence has meant that it has moved to a higher total.
