Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh starrer Udta Punjab is a very expensive movie for its subject and should cross 65.00 Crs to be called a hit.
Abhishek Chaubey's Udta Punjab is not a satellite friendly movie and with an A certificate it will not get much from satellite rights.
Music Rights have been sold for 3.00 Cr and at most remaining digital rights can get 5.00 Cr so most the recovery has to come from theatrical business.

Udta Punjab collected AED 325,000 [₹ 59.33 lacs] on 51 locations in UAE on Thursday which is pretty Good start for an Adult rated movie.
