OK Jaanu has recovered 15.00 Cr through Satelitte, digital and music rights. Shraddha Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur starrer OK Jaanu is a well budgeted movie and should cross 35.00 Crs to be called a hit.
Overseas:
The Romantic drama OK Jaanu has a limited overseas release.
Shaad Ali's Ok Jaanu has opened well in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore.
For Shraddha Kapoor Ok Jaanu's 1st day Collection is better than Rock On 2 (02.02 Crore).
For Aditya Roy Kapoor Ok Jaanu's 1st day Collection is better than Fitoor (03.61 Crore).
The Film has a strong competition coming from Deepika Padukone and Vin Diesel starrer XXX: Return of Xander Cage which opens to paid previews from 6 pm today and will have more screens from tomorrow.
Being a Dharma release it follows the formula of a strong hit songs, multiplex appeal and limited budgets which should help.
The starting shows of the film indicated a larger number but it did not grow in evening shows due to competition with XXX: Return of Xander Cage.
