First weekend box office collection of The Lion King become the 3rd highest opening weekend grosser of All Time in india for a Hollywood Movie after Avengers Endgame which collected 158.65 crore and Avengers Infinity War which collected 94.30 crore. The film was theatrically released in India on 19 July 2019 and received mixed reviews but the film doing well at the Indian box office.
