The major reason of the budget of the movie is not production cost but Hrithik Hrithik has not taken share of profits but instead has taken a 50 Cr flat salary.

Mohenjo daro has opened in 2100 theaters in India and is showing 2500 screens in India which is higher than that of Akshay Kuam's Rustom.

Hrithik Roshan, Hrithik Roshan and Kabir Bedi starrer Mohenjo Daro is a very expensive movie and should cross 120 Crs to be called a hit.

1. 1st Day of Mohenjo Daro is 9th Highest of this year behind Sultan, Fan, Housefull 3, Rustom, Baaghi, Airlift, Dishoom and Udta Punjab which is disappointing considering it is an Hrithik Roshan's movie.
2. Mohenjo Daro is 5th Highest Opening day in Hrithik Roshan's career after Bang Bang, Agneepath, Krrish 3 and Kites.

4. For Hrithik Roshan 1st Weekend is 4th Highest in his career after Bang Bang, Krissh 3 and Agneepath.
